  To start with the positive side: the waiters are attentive and professional, the view is very nice. But the food is not of the quality you’d expect. The salad was definitely not fresh, probably made hours before or even the day before. Also too much dressing. The meat and fish tasted pre-cooked. Overall for the price you can find better.

The food matches the vibe: well-executed, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. We had a small issue with the QR code menu, and that’s when Samuel stepped in. Without hesitation, he recited the entire drink menu from memory — every detail, every option — with confidence and warmth. It wasn’t just impressive, it was above and beyond anything you’d expect. Samuel, we salute you. And to Esther Rooftop: you have a gem on your team — take good care of him. Highly recommended.

  What a delight to discover this restaurant with its Brazilian interpretation of French classics. The security showing us in was a little unnerving, but once in the restaurant everything was amazing - the service, the food, the wine, etc. We had the tasting menu, and every course was unforgetable. The meats were perfectly cooked, and the subtle blend of unusual or unexpected flavors was world class. Kudos to the chef. And the view from there is truly fine. I would heartily recommend this restaurant to anyone in the neighborhood, but it is really worth the journey even from outside this downtown area. For this quality, the value is exceptionally good!
